Speech feature for OS other than WinXP (Windows 95/98/ME/2000)
Please download and install TTSTest.msi (7MB) to enable voice driving directions in Windows 9x/2000. This program contains the Microsoft Text-to-speech engine 6.1 and a TTS test program.
To install it, just double-click on the file to install the program. If you have trouble to double-click and run .MSI extension, please install the AGPS first.

Installation Instructions
- Please read and agree upon the disclaimer before you unpack the package.
- Unzip the file and run the Setup program to install the DLL.
- Run the MapPoint, click on the menu 'Tools->Add-ins' and make sure the Advanced GPS add-in is checked
- If Advanced GPS is not shown up on the list, then click the [Add..] button to add the DLL into the program.
- Click on the Tools->Advanced GPS to start the program
